A woman in America has successfully sued the company that owns Nutella, saying that they have falsely advertised themselves as a healthy breakfast choice when in fact, a single portion of Nutella is the same as having a Snickers bar. All the nutritional info is obviously on the back of the packaging but with it being America, apparently anyone who sues automatically wins no matter how crazy the allegations are.
The company have apologised and will be reimbursing people in America who bought the product in the last couple of years with FREE Nutella. Surely this defeats the object of the lawsuit but ok, I'd roll with it. FREE CHOCOLATE IN A JAR. What's not to like. So you USA citizens need to get on that.

If you watch the advert you'll probably think the same as me. At NO POINT does it say it's a healthy breakfast choice. Clearly the company settled in order to keep their custom.
