Blowing Bubbles

I love when new technology is combined with food :) Like the work of these lovely people at Bubbleology in London :D http://www.bubbleology.co.uk/drinks.php
They produce milk teas and fruit teas using pearls bursting with flavour! There's loads of different varieties and I can't wait to try them. If you've had one of these please leave a comment with a little review. They look like something the people at NASA would drink if they were 5 :)
